If any changes need to be made to your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance in order to avoid a 50% cancellation fee. Arriving late will cut into your appointment time and may result in up to a 50% additional charge or cancellation of service after 15 minutes in which 100% of your service will be charged. No call - no show appointments and day- of cancellations will be charged 100% of the service cost. While we know some circumstances are inevitable, please be courteous of the small space that we make our art in. If an additional person needs to come to your appointment with you, please let us know ahead of time so we can make arrangements if possible.
